Inquiries & website measurement

Information you send

The inquiry form collects your name, company, email, country or region, product interests, quantity and requirements. We also record the submission time, an inquiry reference and available referral or campaign information to understand where the inquiry came from.

ENMG uses this information to review your requirements, respond, prepare quotations and follow up on your request. Submitting a product inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive personal information.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database. They are available to authorized site operators through the connected management tools and are not published on the website. Hosting and connected management services process the information needed to operate this workflow.

Optional visit measurement

If you allow measurement, we count page views, brochure clicks and contact clicks with their page and campaign information. These counters do not include your inquiry text or email and do not identify unique visitors. We do not load Google Analytics or advertising tags as part of this measurement.

Your choice is saved in this browser. When measurement is allowed, campaign context may be kept for the current tab session and included with an inquiry. You can change your choice using “Privacy choices” in the footer. Rejecting measurement does not prevent you from submitting an inquiry.

Abuse prevention

The form uses a short-lived verification token, an automated-submission check and request limits. The request limiter uses a keyed, temporary identifier derived from the network address; the application does not store the raw address in its inquiry records. Hosting providers may maintain separate operational logs.
