Selection & installation notes
- Confirm full model and revision before ordering: the original selection chart and current prose disagree on the dual-channel low-current rating and naming. They are not assumed interchangeable.
- Two independent control channels do not imply galvanic isolation or two times the total current capacity. Respect both per-channel and aggregate limits.
- CPS and CPD use different parameter numbers, register maps and defaults. Obtain the correct firmware manual; do not reuse register writes across the families or write reserved70–99 registers.
- An EN stop or semiconductor output-off state is not isolation. A shorted thyristor cannot be made safe by a software command alone; coordinate upstream disconnect, fault handling and independent heater protection.
- Select semiconductor fuses and breakers from actual prospective fault current, conductor capacity and deviceI²t, rather than generic current suggestions.
- De-energize both power supplies before wiring or service, wait at least5 minutes as specified, and verify absence of voltage. Keep fan paths clear and connect protective earth.
