Selection & installation notes
- The source labels the 2.2 °C/W figure as a market-reference value awaiting measurement. The stated 20 A target is also awaiting temperature-rise testing. Neither is a validated load rating.
- The source specifies Ø3.5 through holes together with M4 screws, an incompatible clearance-hole description. Obtain the mechanical drawing and confirmed fixing torque before fabrication.
- Use a suitable thermal interface and determine cooling from device losses, ambient temperature, airflow and allowable case temperature. Larger mass alone does not establish continuous cooling capacity.
- Fan and thermal switch are separately selected accessories. Confirm included items and exact dimensions; extended lengths do not inherit the 50 mm thermal figure.
