Selection & installation notes
- The URL uses HS3-105KF while the official title and model field say HS3-150KF. Confirm the nameplate and exact drawing before ordering.
- Clean mating surfaces and apply a thin, even thermal compound layer. Tighten module screws diagonally to the specified module torque.
- Keep airflow paths clear and inspect the fan regularly. Obtain thermal derating and a response to fan failure for the actual SSR load.
- Anodized finish is not evidence of safety isolation. Do not infer electrical insulation ratings or a 150 A assembly rating from the model number.
Based on the official Chinese product page and selection charts ↗. Checked 2026-09-15. Confirm the current specification for the exact model when ordering.
