Selection & installation notes
- Connector shape and pin count do not establish PLC compatibility. Verify pin numbering, keying, commons, power pins and the full end-to-end wiring map against both connected devices.
- This is a passive cable assembly, not a protocol converter. No data rate or universal PLC compatibility is established.
- Match every numbered lead to the supplied MIL connector drawing, including commons and unused pins; pin count does not equal available PLC signal count.
- Route signal wiring away from motor and drive power cables. Follow the equipment EMC and shield-termination design; a generic single-ended shield instruction does not cover every installation.
- Use only within verified signal-circuit ratings, isolate power before connecting, grip connector bodies and provide strain relief. Flexible cabinet wiring does not establish continuous drag-chain service life.
