Selection & installation notes

  • Do not select from the 5–24 VDC input range without confirming the ordered module; the same page specifies 24 VDC elsewhere.
  • The source describes S/S at 0 V for positive input signals and 24 V for negative input signals. Verify the exact NPN/PNP diagram and terminal labels.
  • Confirm the 4-channel outline and terminal-specific wire size, strip length and torque before cabinet layout.
  • Assess fuse coordination, inrush, thermal derating above 40 °C and suppression for the actual load. Built-in protection is not a universal substitute for external circuit protection.
  • OFF-state leakage remains present; isolate the load supply before wiring or service. The 20 A surge figure lacks a time condition and must not be treated as a continuous rating.
