Selection & installation notes
- Rated current requires an engineered heat sink, thermal interface and temperature derating. The source also quotes generic substrate thermal resistance1–3 °C/W; do not substitute it for the model-specific Rjc values.
- No verified pulse repetition or complete thermal curve is provided here. Obtain the exact datasheet for fuse coordination, surge waveform and allowable case/junction temperature.
- A dry contact must switch a suitable DC control supply; it cannot energize the LED input by itself. Confirm current capacity and polarity of the PLC drive.
- The source’s generic neutral-return drawing is not valid for every690 V installation. Use the approved circuit for the actual phase/line voltage and load.
- Zero-cross switching is not a universal motor-start or transformer-inrush solution. Confirm the specific inductive load and switching duty; no motor-controller rating is inferred.
- Use suitable semiconductor protection and a separate isolator. Verify terminal-size-specific torque instead of applying the source’s generic8–10 N·m to every terminal.
