Selection & installation notes
- Assembly input voltage is not bare relay coil voltage. The source incorrectly calls the HF41F-60 coil 220–240 VAC/DC; do not apply mains directly to that bare coil. Match the exact socket and relay combination.
- The 024 mechanical-relay table and SSL table have different input ranges. Confirm the complete supplied assembly, including any indicator and protection circuit.
- Solid-state variants have leakage, minimum-load and thermal constraints and are not equivalent to an isolated mechanical contact. Confirm AC/DC output type and socket current limits.
- Provide thermal spacing and verify total bridge current; 6 A per relay does not establish unlimited current across a common bridge.
- Use the spring release as specified for the conductor type, fully seat the wire, and isolate input and load circuits before changing relays or jumpers.
