Selection & installation notes
- Confirm the complete order code, input supply, connector pinout and load type before connection. Isolate all supplies before replacing relays or fuses.
- The relay current class is not the complete module continuous-current rating. Apply terminal, fuse, common-conductor and thermal limits, especially with multiple channels on.
- Replace a fuse only with the specified type, rating and breaking capacity. Verify protection coordination for the actual fault current.
- The 12 A relay option is listed alongside 10 A terminals and 2 A / 5 A fuses. It is not a verified 12 A module output rating. Obtain the exact assembly current and derating specification.
- Family outline tolerance is ±1 mm; confirm which 16-channel layout corresponds to the ordered MIL-input model.
- An aR fuse alone does not establish full overload protection. Confirm the intended protection scheme and replaceable fuse specification.
