Selection & installation notes
- The 16 A figure describes the relay contact class. The legacy sheet specifies 10 A terminals and an 8-channel 10 A fuse; confirm the complete assembly load rating and derating.
- Legacy dimensions, wiring and protection-component values are not confirmed for current -X replacements. The current chart lists 14D471 while the legacy sheet lists 10D471. Request the exact assembly specification.
- In the legacy design, suppression is connected to normally open contacts; normally closed operation does not receive that protection.
- Select suppression to suit AC/DC voltage and load energy; default components do not suit every inductive load.
- The source gives inconsistent NPN/PNP versus LED-color mapping. Verify terminal markings and the exact wiring diagram. Isolate supplies before service.
