Selection & installation notes
- CS/CM MIL input combinations are listed for 8/16-channel DC models. Do not substitute a DC MIL input assembly for a 220 VAC model.
- 1 CO standard models have -F protection; 2 CO standard models do not. Confirm fuse value, terminal ratings, common-path capacity and complete-module derating before load sizing.
- The 72/108 mm board-width naming values are not overall dimensions. Use the configuration-specific 87/124 mm assembly outlines above and confirm the production drawing; image tolerance is ±0.5 mm.
- Match suppression to the load voltage, polarity and energy. The source does not establish a universal threefold life improvement or a load-independent current rating.
- Manual test levers can force output without a PLC command. Make the controlled equipment safe, restore the lever after testing, and isolate supplies before replacing relays or fuses.
