Selection & installation notes
- The source includes SO8 and SO9 single-phase specifications alongside SOB. Their 690 V options, I²t values, terminal sizes and current classes are not transferred to the two-phase product.
- Its naming rules are explicitly inferred and contain conflicting protection codes; use the listed complete SOB codes and confirm input/output suppression with the actual datasheet.
- The table describes input transient suppression and no output protection. Confirm exact protection and coordinated semiconductor fuses before use.
- The source provides approximate dimensions and shared design data. Confirm mounting, connector, torque, surge capability and thermal derating for the actual two-channel unit.
- Two-phase switching does not isolate every conductor of a three-phase supply. Provide suitable upstream isolation and disconnect power before servicing.
