Selection & installation notes

  • SSK4K AC voltage must stay within the stated 60 V peak limit; 60 VAC RMS must not be inferred. Confirm the exact AC rating and minimum-load unit.
  • Footprint similarity does not make a semiconductor output equivalent to changeover mechanical contacts. Verify pinout, output polarity, leakage and the selected socket rating.
  • The photograph illustrates an SSK10D6132 relay on an RS-ZE2M-48M cage-terminal socket. Relay-only dimensions and ratings do not establish the complete set outline or combined rating.
  • Choose suppression and fast protection for the actual load. Derate above 40 °C and for dense mounting; surge figures lack duration. Isolate power before service.
  • Source PCB soldering limit: below 260 °C, within 10 seconds. Request the production footprint before board design.
  • Confirm the complete relay/socket combination, retaining clip, wire range, strip length and terminal torque. Do not use relay PCB body dimensions for DIN cabinet spacing.
