Selection & installation notes

  • SSL2K AC selection must use peak voltage: the source lists a 60 V peak limit, so 60 VAC RMS must not be assumed acceptable. Confirm operating margin and surge suppression.
  • The SSL6D/SSL2K terminal resistance includes internal connections. The source’s ≤17 mΩ at VGS=10 V describes an individual power device, not the complete relay.
  • Confirm pinout, load type and socket rating before replacing a G41F electromagnetic relay. Obtain a suitable socket for the 60 V input version.
  • Derate above 40°C and avoid heat buildup in dense installations. Fit appropriate semiconductor fast fuses and load suppression.
  • Off-state leakage is not electrical isolation. Disconnect the main supply before maintenance; do not judge switching solely with a continuity tester.
  • For PCB soldering the source specifies below 260°C within 10 seconds. Request a confirmed PCB footprint.
