Selection & installation notes
- A matching mechanical format does not establish electrical interchangeability. Check pins, control polarity, leakage, minimum load and NO/NC logic before replacing a mechanical relay. Do not hot-plug.
- SL tables state 0–60 VDC, while family naming states 5–60 VDC. Confirm the actual minimum load voltage. Zero-cross terminology applies to AC outputs, not DC SL models.
- Surge currents lack time and repetition conditions; they are not continuous ratings or guaranteed load-start capability. Confirm semiconductor fuse coordination and thermal derating above 40 °C.
- Outputs remain electrically connected through leakage/snubber paths when off. Provide external isolation for maintenance; input optical isolation is not output disconnection.
- Control AC and DC loads only with the appropriate output version. Keep wiring and suppression within the exact model specification.
