Selection & installation notes
- Use a heat sink above 10 A as required by the source, with thermal interface compound and adequate airflow. Verify thermal design at all loads; consider forced air when the heat-sink surface approaches 60 °C.
- The source general derating factors conflict with parts of the load-specific table. Confirm the required rating from actual inrush and thermal conditions rather than applying a less conservative factor automatically.
- OFF-state leakage means the load is not electrically isolated. Disconnect the main supply before service.
- The representative gallery photograph shows SO863970 with AC/DC input; use the exact SO94/SO96 quick-selection code and datasheet for a DC-input order.
- The catalogue title mentions dual-channel versions, but the supplied technical table describes single-phase units with A1/A2 and L1/T1. No dual-channel ratings are inferred.
- Confirm terminal torque, wire range and certified outline before installation. Zero-cross switching does not eliminate every type of load inrush.
