Application questions
Is cooling capacity the same as power consumption?
No. Cooling capacity describes heat removed from the enclosure; power consumption is electrical input. Select with both values and confirm performance at the actual operating temperatures.
What does TP mean?
TP places both cold-side and hot-side fans inside stainless-steel protective covers. This fan arrangement distinguishes it from TS and provides greater mechanical protection. The name does not itself establish an IP rating or an overtemperature trip and reset function.
Are a power supply and temperature controller included?
The scope of supply is confirmed in the quotation. Specify the cooler, power supply and controller requirements separately when requesting a complete assembly.
What information is needed to select a model?
Provide the maximum ambient temperature, target enclosure temperature, estimated heat load, available DC supply and cabinet dimensions. Include the quantity and any space or installation constraints.
Can an ETC80 controller be used with this cooler?
The ETC80 family may be considered as an optional controller. Confirm the exact controller variant, voltage, output capability, wiring and supply scope for the selected cooler. A family reference does not establish compatibility or inclusion.
